Desk Booking

This is a Microsoft SharePoint webpart that was developed for the Parenting Research Centre to allow them to hot swap desks easily.

Simply by clicking on a desk on the map they can make a reservation for the following week or days.

The system even allows users to pick only desks with computers with particular software installed. Useful when there are not enough licences for every computer for an expensive piece of software.

This web part can be easily customised to suit your office environment or to facilitate the booking of other items.
